What this policy covers
This policy describes how StrataFi Digital Consulting (StrataFi, we, our) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit https://stratafidigital.com, book a discovery call, contact us by email, or engage us for paid work. We are a US-based consulting firm serving small and mid-sized businesses.
Information we collect
From site visitors: standard server-side logs (IP address, user agent, request paths, timestamps) for security and performance monitoring. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not require cookie consent.
From the contact form: name, company, work email, and the challenge or opportunity you describe. Submitted to info@stratafidigital.com via a transactional email service. Stored only in our inbox.
From the discovery booking flow: name, email, optional phone number, and preferred meeting time. Processed by Wix Bookings, which is our booking platform of record. See Wix's privacy practices for their data handling.
From engaged clients: whatever you share with us in the course of an engagement, including business context, customer data (where required to do the work), and any documentation we need to deliver the scope. We treat all client information as confidential.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
- To deliver the work you've engaged us to do.
- To send proposals, statements of work, and engagement-related communications.
- To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
We do not sell your information, ever. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
AI and answer engines
Our site permits crawling by major LLM and answer-engine bots (ClaudeBot, GPTBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, and similar). This applies only to public site content. Client-specific information shared with us during an engagement is never published and is never used to train any third-party AI model.
Data retention
Contact form messages and booking records are retained as long as is reasonable for ongoing relationship management, generally up to 24 months after last contact. Engagement records (contracts, invoices, deliverables) are retained according to standard accounting and legal practice (typically 7 years).
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion (subject to retention obligations above). Email info@stratafidigital.com and we will respond within one business day.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
