Terms of Use
Last updated: May 27, 2026
Scope
These terms govern your use of https://stratafidigital.com and any inquiries, booking requests, or messages submitted through it. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (statement of work) signed by both parties.
Site content
Articles, frameworks, and other content published on this site are provided for general informational purposes. They are not advice for your specific situation. For tailored recommendations, book a discovery call and engage us through a written scope.
Discovery calls
Discovery calls are free, 30 minutes, scoping conversations. They are not paid consulting engagements and create no commitment on either side. Notes, frameworks, or recommendations shared during a discovery call are exploratory and do not constitute deliverable work.
Engagement terms
Paid engagements are scoped, priced, and contracted in a signed statement of work. That document is the controlling agreement between StrataFi and the client. These site terms do not create a consulting relationship by themselves.
Intellectual property
Site content, brand marks, and our toolkit accelerators are our intellectual property. You may quote or link to public content with attribution. You may not republish our content as your own. Any deliverables produced during a paid engagement are governed by the IP terms in that engagement's signed scope.
Limitations
The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by US law, jurisdiction at the location of our principal place of business. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction unless a signed engagement specifies otherwise.
